Fractional product and GTM for CEOs scaling revenue with digital innovation: scoped, built, and shipped.
Architected AI agents and ingestion pipelines (n8n, MCP, OpenAI/Claude) that turn unstructured deal flow (emails, transcripts, messages) into structured, queryable business intelligence.
Built a Salesforce-layered AI agent and an executive dashboard for an Orlando nonprofit, in an ongoing engagement.
Stood up production React + Supabase applications solo (client portals, dashboards, internal tools), owning the full stack from data model to deployed UI.

Led self-serve, product-led growth for Agent-Native, Builder.io's open-source framework for agent-native apps, and its flagship apps.
Worked directly with founder/CEO Steve Sewell on self-serve growth for Agent-Native, targeting semi-technical integrators and product leaders as well as developers.

Co-founded a two-sided marketplace where commercial real estate investors shopped financing across 1,000+ capital sources.

Grew the supply side from 20–30 cold-called lenders with a product-led loan-officer motion: officers received live deals that matched or nearly matched their lending criteria, could quote, respond, or decline in the product, and after their first interaction the team followed up with them to set more precise criteria (geography, loan type, sizing). The network reached 1,000+ capital sources.
Built the revenue engine by integrating the core product with CRM (Pipedrive), analytics, and marketing automation as revenue grew from $1M to $7M in two years (2020–2022), earning Inc. 5000 #777 (2023).
Owned product direction end to end as the only product voice, setting roadmap, specs, prioritization, and design direction for six engineers and a designer.
Raised $3.5M across two rounds, a ~$900K pre-seed and a $2.6M seed in 2021 that came after passing $1M in revenue and included equity crowdfunding, and wrote the product vision and fundraising narrative behind the investor pitches and demos.
